Baby DJ, Inc., in collaboration with XL 106.7 FM, is once again helping children of Central Florida experience the magic of the holidays with its 20th annual Baby DJ toy drive, and After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care is supporting the program as a community drop-off location. Each of its five Orlando area sites is currently collecting toy donations for Baby DJ, which distributes toys to families in need during the holiday season. Last year the program helped nearly 3,500 kids by donating toys, food, trees and more.

After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care, the Kid Approved pediatric urgent care provider, is hosting an online music video contest for its theme song, “Thumbs-Up Groove”. Participants of all ages are invited to create an original music video by December 15 that shows off their best dance moves to the “Thumbs-Up Groove”. The winners will be awarded Visa gift cards in the amounts of $1,000 (first place); $500 (second place); and $250 (third place).

After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care today announced its partnership with Broward County non-profit ArtServe to present “(InSIDE)/OUT!, Art as Healing Therapy”, an exhibit featuring art work of children, adults and adolescents living with disabilities who are actively involved in local art therapy programs. The public is invited to attend the opening reception of the second annual exhibit, June 9, from 6-8 p.m., at 1350 E. Sunrise Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale.
